Degutting & Regutting Charges of Turbo Blower Unit for Servicing as per 5 year Annual Routine
5 year Annual Routine as per the Scope of Work as follows (i)Check for proper fixing of the unit on the foundation and ensure all nuts are tight. If rusted undertake preservation.
(ii)Measure and record in log book the radial and axial position of turbo compressor and steam turbine rotors. ( Pre and Post repair)
(iii)Measure the run out of turbo compressor rotor and steam turbine rotor in thrust bearings- Check the values of change of clearances, comparing them with the normal permissible ones specified ones specified in TSU logbook/EHS
(iv)Measure the radial position of turbo compressor rotor and steam turbine rotor-Check the values of changw of clearances, comparing them with the normal permissible ones specified in TSU logbook/EHS
(v)Measure rthe radial clearance between ring and blades if gas turbine. Check the values of change of clearance, comparing them with the normal permissible ones specified in TSU logbook/EHS
(vi)Open the upper half of turbo compressor casing and inspect the condition of the flow sections as per scope of work at Enclosure 1
(vii)Open the upper half of casing of gas turbine and inspect the condition of the flow sections as per scope of work at Enclosure 2
(viii)Open the upper half of casing of steam turbine and inspect the condition of the flow sections as per scop of work at Enclosure 3
(ix)Overhauling of quick closing valve
(x)Overhauling of water servo motor
(xi)Overhauling of air sevo motor
(xii)Overhauling of control valve
(xiii)Overhauling of control shutter
(xiv)Overhauling of actuating regulation unit other than AUMA motor
(xv)Overhauling of air by pass shutter
(xvi)Inspection of thrust bearings
(xvii) Inspection of journal bearings
(xviii)Check the settings of key components of PY3 system (regulation,control, protection) joints: command block, over speed regulator, locking device abd lubrication lock-up valve (Controls in NDY Scope)
(xix)Overhauling of barring gear mechanism
