Providing LT cable to SVIMS Clinic (Emploees OP) building in SVIMS Hospital, Tirupati (Part-B)

Supply and transportation of 240 Sq.mm 3 1/2 core LT XLPE insulated, 1100V grade armoured Aluminium UG cable as per specification confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) / 1554-1. Grade-A: Make: Torent / Universal / Unistar / Havells / KEI / Gloster / Polycab / RR Kabel / Finolex.

Laying of U.G cables size from 185 Sq.mm to 400 sq.mm and back filling of trench including labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and making one end termination with heavy duty single compression brass gland as per BS 6121:2005, IP 66 complete, SIBG type, heavy duty Alluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc for 240 Sq.mm with brass washers of Armoured PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required of size. Make: Dowels / Comet / SMI

Supply and fixing of fabricated M.S clamps made out of 25mm x 6mm MS flat with necessary holes on either side with suitable 2" coach screws and painting 2 coats of enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide suitable for fixing of UG Cables of size 150 Sq.mm to 240 Sq.mm on walls etc., including all labour charges etc., complete.

Design, fabrication, supply and errection of L.T Outdoor type cubical Power panel board made with 14 SWG CRCA sheet. The size of panel should be 1400(w)mm x 1400(H)mm x 400(D)mm should be mounted on suitable base MS channel required hardware, duly painted by two coats of zinc/red oxide primer followed by Powder coated / epoxy / PU painted with phosphatisation in grey or required shade after rinsing. The panel having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness,separate detachable, gland plate M.S. base channel, hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear. Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6mm up to 600mm length/width of any compartment and be of 2.0mm above 600mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required. Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors with detachable extension type structure and fixing firmly as directed execution. The following switch gears, bus bars etc. should be supply and fixing in the panel firmly, and the panel with necessary individual doors, separate chambers for bus bars, out going cables etc. All the doors shall be provided with rubber beading and door knobs. The Top of the box should have provision for Incoming and Outgoing cables / Wire, The entire panel should be powder coated with siemens grey color through 7 tank process.

Outgoing:-1) 4Nos. of Supply of 125A 4 Pole MCCB adjustable, confirms to IEC 60947-2 and IS 13947-Part 1 & 2, having Breaking Capacity 25 KA with thermal magnetic release Panel Mounted. Makes: Lauritz Knudsen (Formerly L&T)- D shine / Schneider-CVS/Legrand –(DP X3/DRX)/ Siemens- 3VL / Hager-h3/C&S -Winbreak/HPL-Techno

Metering:- 1) Supply and Fixing of energy analyser (multy function energy meter) with LCD/LED display capable of minimum 20 numbers electrical parameters display with 1A/5A CT input for LV/ HV network, RS 485 communication port etc.c, omplete in all respect - 1No. 2) Supply and Fixing of 240/220 V, LED (22.5 mm dia ) Pilot lamp with integral circuit, terminal block, including connection etc. as required - 1Set

Copper Bus bar arrangement:- 1) The size of copper flat 40mm x 8mm shall be provided to 400Amps MCCB connect to main bus bar and 25x6 mm for 125A MCCB Terminations with necessary bolts and nuts and using suitable insulator supports. 2) The size of copper flat 25x6mm shall be run inside bottom width of the panel for earth bus bar. 3) Supply and fixing of Electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 40x8mm and 25 x 6 mm with necessary SMC / DMC type insulator, high tensile nuts and bolts spring washers in existing panel including bending , cutting in required shape and size and colour coding with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves 4) Necessary heat shrinkable sleeve should be provided to the above copper bus bar except earth flat. 5)1 Nos. of danger boards to be fixed to the board.
