Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

Past Experience

The bidder shall have carried out similar work/ Re-wiring and Electrification of residential building and as proof of the above, a copy of work order cum Work completion certificate worth of Rs 10 lakhs executed in single work order. As a proof work order and work done certificate issued by the Competent Authority or Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works is to be uploaded in the Technical bid in any one of the preceding Five years. (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25& 2025-26) (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2025-26).

The bidder shall be a Class-II or above Electrical contractor and possess a valid Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspectorate of Government of Karnataka. As a proof, the bidder shall furnish a copy of the same.

The bidder shall have minimum average annual turnover of Rs 20 Lakhs in any two of preceding five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25& 2025-26) and the bidder shall furnish Audited Balance sheet or Profit & Loss account/turn over statement duly certified by chartered Accountant. (Turn over of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2025-26).
