Provision of Catering Services through installation and operation on Milk Stall Unit at Unit No.- DGG-MS4-PF2, at Dongargarh (DGG) station of Category "D"(NSG-5), over Nagpur Division, for a period of 05 Years.

Legal status of the bidder (mandatory) - The bidder should be either : (1) Apex dairy Co-Operative Societies approved by Government. (2) Dairy Co-Operative Federations/Members of National Co-Operative Dairy Federation of India Limited (NCDFI) and / or developed under the aegis of Operation Flood programme. (3) Bodies/Agencies registered/certified by FSSAI for sale of milk and milk products.

Experience in the Business of milk and milk products (mandatory) - The Bidder should have a Minimum three years of experience in sale of milk and milk products to be supported by turnover (Income Tax Return/Bank Statement) in that business for the last three years duly certified by Charted Accountant. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement

Solvency - Affidavit that the bidder is solvent as per Annexure 4. (mandatory).

Additional Mandatory Requirements - All other mandatory requirements have been enlisted at Annexure 2, Chapter 1 of Section B of the Bid document. This includes Permanent Account Number, FSSAI, Registration for GST/All other applicable taxes.

I/We the tenderer(s) also accept all the conditions of the tender and have signed all the pages in confirmation thereof.

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/We declare that the information and documents submitted along with the tender by me/us are correct and I/we are fully responsible for the correctness of the information and documents, submitted by us.

I/we certify that I/we the tenderer(s) is/are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/ member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Further, I/we and all my/our constituents understand that my/our offer shall be summarily rejected.

I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Bid Security/Security Deposit and Performance guarantee and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.

I/We have read the clause regarding restriction on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and certify that I am/We are not from such a country or, if from such a country, have been registered with the competent Authority. I/We hereby certify that I/we fulfil all the requirements in this regard and am/are eligible to be considered (evidence of valid registration by the competent authority is enclosed)

There is no need to upload this entire document along with bid. Only Annexure-A-1 to A-8 (except A-7), B-1 and Mandatory form for NEFT from this document is to be uploaded with bid along with related credentials of the bidder in support of his eligibility).

Blue Print, Location, Viability and Earning Potential of the Unit - The Blue Print of the Station / Platform showing the Unit of this Tender is attached with this Bid document. It is expected that bidder, before participating in the e-Tender, personally visited the Station and location of the unit (as specified in description and sketch enclosed) carefully and understood its viability and assessed the Earning Potential as per location and type of the Unit.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check any correction or any modifications published subsequently in Web site and the same shall be taken into account while submitting the tender. Bidder shall download corrigendum (if any), print it out, sign and attach it with the main tender document. Tender document not accompanied by published corrigendum/s will be liable to be rejected. The Railway will not be responsible for any delays in downloading/uploading of tender document from/to the internet/website.

Bidder before participating in the e-Tender must carefully go through all the Provisions/ Terms & Conditions of the Tender Document and e-Tender. The Bidder is requested to go through the Bid Document and comply accordingly at the time of bidding.
