Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 90mm to 45mm ( ninety millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-I size [100mm (One hundred millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm ( thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.30cum (zero point thirty cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate of 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic metre ) per 10 Sqm ( ten square meter)to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation for all type of structure, plain concrete nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement: four sand : Eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size on ground or under water including curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, de-watering removal of slush as required at site which may airse at the time of laying concrete under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in retaining wall, breast wall etc. in all respect as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per direction of the Ehngineer-in-charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (Forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (M-Thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (Twenty five milimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (Zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron (One hundred twenty five) thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 as directed by the Engineer- Incharge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. including repair of pot holes, patch required etc; as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
