Supply, installation and testing of online electrostatic scale-off non-chemical water treatment system with electrically operated control panel to be fixed on main header suitable for 3x50 TR AC Plant at Auditorium Bldg. The outer casing shall be of 304 grade stainless steel with b oth ends flanged and capable preventing scale formation. The same shall be suitable for water flow ratge 750 LPM each dia of pipe 4" / 100 mm in condenser circuit. The work includes cutting of existing GI/MS sub header and providing mild steel flange heavy duty and joining with reducer, nut&bolts, gaskets at both ends with welding and midification in existing system complete as reqd. Electrostatic scale off online non chemical scale preventer system 'Scale-off' Model No 5013 by M/s Weldon Engineers (India) or Equivalent in Dolphin / Scaloid.Techinical Specifications: (i) Stainless Steel Shell 304 (Negative Eelctrode) (ii) Catalytic Copper Electrode (Positive Electrode) (iii) Control Panel (iv) main Shell is made of Stainless Steel Grade '304'. (v) Positive Electrode is Made of Catalytic Metal With Nylon Plug at ends duly insulated. (vi) There will be SS Flange in inlet and outlet connection at both ends of the Unit. (vii) The control panel is an Electronic Device. The box of Control Panel is made of MS Powder coated. It operates on 220 V AC 50 HZ single phase. It has input, output meters and ON and Faulty Indicator. It has inbuilt SMPS to protect it from Voltage Fluctuation. (viii) The size of unit shall be determined based on the water quality and water flow rate. (ix) The unit shall be installed in the condenser line ager the pump. (x) The systems should have been treated satisfactorily in water hardness up to 2000 PPM. (xi) There are no any mobile parts in the main unit. So it is almost maintenance free. (xii) The unit shall be installed Horizontally/Vertically (xiii) The electroltatic scale-off is backed by a 1-years replacement warranty in case the equipment fails to operate. (xiv) The life span of the system is more than 10 years (approx) from the date of installation and commissioning.Contents: i). Stainless steel unit along with SS flange with copper electrode inserted inside the steel casing ii). Electrostatic scale-off control panel to supply predetermined intensity of H.T. Power to treater unit through HT cable. Two flange for welding to the connecting pipe line and H.T. cable of 2 metres (appx)

All as per Ser No 1 above but for Boiler water flow rate 225 LPM inlet / Outlet dia - 2"/50 mm 'Scale-Off' model No 3011 by M/s Weldon Engineers (India) or Equivalent in Dolphin / Scaloid.
