Supply and fixing bird proof net of co-polymer nylon monofilament, ultraviolet stabilized with apertute 20mm x 20mm, the thickness of filament is 0.80 mm, melting point 260 degree, tension force can resist 23.08 kgs, dia of nylon thread not less than 1.25 mm fixed in position as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling old existing destroyed unserviceable nylon deteriorated net at any height in ceiling including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for working in building/structure of upto 10 metre height.

Material and labour for oiling and greasing top and bottom pullies of each steel sliding hanger door shutter (each panel), cleaning with using standard thinner such as carbon tetra chloride/ Benzene and making smooth functioning to reduce the friction in sliding of door and make the door functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/structure of any height.

Supply & fixing in repairs MS pulley of dia 180 mm to 300 mm with bearing shaft, nuts, bolts etc; fixed at the bottom of sliding hanger door shutter including making necessary arrangement for taking down old pulley complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/structure of any height. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included taking down of hanger door leaf for repair and refixing in original position.

Supply & fixing in repairs MS pulley of dia upto 180 mm with bearing shaft, nuts, bolts etc; fixed at the top of sliding hanger door shutter including making necessary arrangement for taking down old pulley complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/structure of any height. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included taking down of hanger door leaf for repair and refixing in original position.

Material & labour for cutting existing loose patches / spalled edges of concrete pavement in square / rectangular/ triangular shape to a depth not less than 25mm removing debris out side MD land, sweeping the patches with broom, cleaning with compressed air and applying epoxy resin mortar (proportion as specified) including necessary form work for sides of joints, sprinkle, a thin layer of dust free fine sand (QUARTZ SAND 10 No) and applying a coat on top of surface with epoxy resin primer @ 0.45 kg/Sqm and finally filling the joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) asbestos cement sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified Tiles Double Charge of size 0.36 Sqm to 0.64 Sqm 10-12 mm, thick (square/rectangular) in floors etc set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles, laid over and includng 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine clean sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Factory made Vitrified Heavy duty chequerd parking tiles coloured, matt finish unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick laid over and including15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair rolled milld steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates, rails braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors or gates etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing factory made steel rolling shutters with laths of thickness 1 mm, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete; push pull or manual type including taking down existing old unserviceable, broken, rusted steel rolling shutter of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 10 sqm and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut bolts etc, removing of bend, correcting alignment etc to make the system smooth functional & making good the disturbed surface all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts bolts, greasing, oiling, denting, tension to spring etc.

Supply and fixing in repairs gear box of steel rolling shutter Including handle rack & pinion system, bearing etc of rolling shuter size exceeding 5 Sqm but not exceeding 25 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only helical wire rolling spring suitable for rolling shutter of area not exceeding 15 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of rigid surface by cleaning dust, dirt, muck, moisture, oil paint and all foreign materials/loose particles including grinding, roughening the surfaces and removing any laitance by light scabbing or grit blasting or mechanical means using mechanical scrubber/ grinder and providing 4-5mm thick elastomeric pavement repair mortar of Maruti Patchfix PUB or equivalent (application time pot-life 30 minutes at 25 degree Celsius) as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
