All Survey Works including Geo-technical Investigation, Topographic Survey, Pre and Post Bathymetry Survey (by HSW of Govt. of Kerala) , surveys as part of EMP for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring, Sediment Concentration Monitoring, Ground Water,Surface Water,Soil Quality Monitoring, Report submission, submission of 3 types of Concept Designs for KMRL approval, preparation of detailed design drawings and Design Report including vetting by institutes of repute like NIT / IIT, submission of Good For Construction Drawings for KIIFB approval, other necessary investigations required if any, etc complete all as per the Scope of work and Technical specifications and design and drawing specifications in Volume 3 of Tender documents and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Appendix B - Pre-Construction Activities including Site Clearance, Demolition and Dismantling of Existing Structures, Deepening, Dredging and Widening of Canal

Site Clearance Works including demolition / dismantling of existing bridge structure up to 1m below the proposed bed level of the canal, including existing abutments, approach road, streetscape works, tree cutting, shore protection works, including deepening, widening and dredging of existing canal to the proposed bed level, transportation and disposal of excavated earth/dredged material at KEIL located in Brahmapuram, stacking of serviceable materials, necessary barricading works and traffic diversion management, providing provision for pedestrian / two wheeler movement during the entire execution period etc complete as directed by Engineer and as per Scope of Work and Specifications in Vol 3 of the Tender Documents.

Appendix C - Construction of New Bridge including Approach Roads, Ancillary works and Service Roads

Construction of new Road Bridge including pile foundations, substructure works , superstructure works (Bowstring / Cable Stayed / Suspended Steel with Macalloy 460 bar system, pre-stressed concrete using precast / prefabricated elements) including supply, fabrication / casting, transportation, launching / erection, including initial and routine pile load tests, bridge load tests, and other required tests, approach road works, service road works, and other ancillary works including viewing deck/ streetscape, signage, as per the approved / vetted design drawings and approved QHSE plan duly providing necessary scaffolding arrangements and metalising the steel girders in accordance with Indian Railways Bridge Manual and any other incidential / site specific works as required with all leads, lifts etc complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge and as per the Scope of work and Technical specifications in Volume 3 of Tender documents.

Design, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical works along newly constructed Road Bridge including supply and erection of hot dip galavanized GI sheet octogonal poles of required number and approved section and height, 2 way neutral link, 100W LED flood /36/40 W street lights , cabling with approved size and material multicore PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade/PVC sheathed aluminium power cable 1.2 KV grade - of required quantities-DWC pipes of approved size for protecting UG cable, with necessary electrica installations such as junction boxes, end terminations MCBs,earthing, 7W LED spot light luminaires,Feeder Pillar cum CCMS panel for Group control, RGB LED strip light strip lights of required specifications, PVC/PE warnigs tapes, Street light management system software , foundation works for installations Nessary designs and drawings obtaining statuatory clearances from KSEB and Electrical Inspectorate , CCTV system etc complete all as per the Scope of work and Technical specifications in Volume 3 of the tender document and as directed by Engineer in charge,

Appendix E -Utility shifting Works

Dismantling without damages, the exisitng electrical utilities such as 100 KVA transformer , 11KV overhead line, PSC/RCC poles UG cables ,street lights, poles, fittings, service connections including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking etc, and later Supply installation testing and Commissioning of 160kVA Distribution Transformer Distribution panel , ABC ,XLPE insulated cabling,LED Street lights 1.1KV XLPE Armoured Aluminium cabling ,end terminations, earthing, Dismantling and reconnecting all service connections, replacing and relaying of KWA service pipe lines and house connections and any other utilities including data cables, communication cables etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge and as per the scope of the work and Technical specifications in Volume 3 of the tender documents.
