Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 45-63 mm obtained from approved quarry sukrut to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denstity. as per Technical specification clause 405.2

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS 2 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of0.60 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per techinical specification No. 5.1 502.1

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG 10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. Per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic as per Technical Specification No. 5.2 503.1

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm dalla grit in proportion of 2:1 either using viscosity grade bitumen 1.46 kg per sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80 to100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C As per Technical Specification clause 508 5.9 i

Providing and laying seal coat Type C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with crushed stone chipping of 6.7mm size defined as passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve applied 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and suitable grade bitumen 0.65 kg per sqm on bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 512 and 510

Fabrication and supply sign board on angle iron framd 40X40X6MM 25X5MM flat iron board sand MS sheet and one coat of red oxide primer and fixing in position including cost of latter writing and transport at site other material,labour T and P etc required for proper completion of work
