Dismentling of old damaged wall putty, flooring,C.G.I sheets/ridges etc, damaged ceiling and stacking of servicable material and handing over the same to concerned H.O.I including site clearance incl levelling of site complete job and disposal of unservicable material as directed at site.

Providing and fixing of 35mm thick Imported KD glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer Imported KD wood).

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing and applying of 2mm thick white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing of 10mm thick plywood in room ceiling including supporting structure 2"x2" and 50x50mm wooden cornice at corners and wherever required, beading nails and other fittings/ fixture and carriage of materials complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer.

Providing, hoisting and fixing of Imported KD wood including all necessary fittings/ fixtures,nails etc complete job as per the directions of Incharge Engineer.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer
