M&L for Factory made box type powder coated steel window composite type with double rebated pressed steel frames 80 mm x 60mm (Peripherral) and 80x75mm (Intermediate members) made out of cold rolled 1.25mm thick sheet having steel window/vertilators shutter of MS tubular section of size 50mm x 20mm x 1.10mm thick fixed with box type hinges including 10mm x 10mm x 1.10mm MS hollow tubular section as beading for glazed and wire shutter handle of 100mm size made out of Z section 01 No, MS stove enamelled black tower bolt of size 120mm 02 Nos, 150 mm mild steel hooks and eyes each sutter flat iron 40mm x 1.25mm and 200mm long hold fasts 04 Nos each window including necessary filling hollow frame with PCC (1:3:6) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including 10mm x 10mm mild steel square bars as grill fixed to window/ventilator frame using welding including painting at site using two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rates are included fixing of sheet glass and wire mesh in steel window. Sheet glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. a and removal of rubbish out side air force area distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition against srl item No 9 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughing surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting/vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for First Quality, Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, in vertical surface such in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles laid over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down shutter of any description area exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc 2.0 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a thin layer of wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 44340.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
