CA NO. CWE/HILLS/PGH/145 OF 2025-2026 SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD, ROAD FURNITURE, PATH AND PROTECTIVE WORKS AT CAMP-I AND AT CAMP-II AT MIL STN BANBASA UNDER GE MES PITHORAGARH

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for pavement , path, floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in repair at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on wet mix macadam surface and Applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS :73 at a rate of application of 10 kg/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS :73 at a rate of application of 5 kg/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm and n exc 100mm in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M & L for Providing and consolidating (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) thick premix Bituminous Macadam using min 4.0% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500- 1 0 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (VG-30) Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per SSR or manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
