Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft /hard rock, chiesling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil I/c pumping or bailling out water with in all heights stacking the excavated soil with 15cm layer when required into plinth ,sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layerby ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts . (Without dewatering)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth. Within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work. & rein forcement for reinforces concrete work in :-

Foundation , footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete within all leads and lifts.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth & string courses etc. from top of found.level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shuttering,propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.height of propping and centring below supporting removal of the same for in situ work in reinforced concrete & plain concrete work:-.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts(Tor steel).

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:- In beams ,joints, channels angle cleats as in main and cross beams , lip and jack, rafters, pillers connected to common rafters and the like, angle iron gate etc. within all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing SRFC Man Hole cover with frame having frames size of 560 mm internal dia. Should not be less than 100 Kg within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement: 6sand: 12graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble masonry / Polygonal rubble masonry ( uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth i.c raking out jointing cement mortar 1:6 (1:cement:6 sand) within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common clay building bricks in super-structure above plinth level( Second class bricks).Cement Mortar 1:6(1cement, 6 sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory window and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with 1st class sal wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dial meters bolts and nuts and wooden ply and enbeding in cement mortar block 30x10x15mcm ( 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3sand : 6graded stpme aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden bottens and ballies, height of propping etc. and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceedin 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Floor to level upto 200mm in thickness local wood.

Edges of Slabs and breaks in floor

Providing and fixing panelled,glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstorey windows including bright finished / black enamelled iron but hings with necessary screws , I st class Deodar wood.

P/F wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws :40mm thick Ist class Deodar wood.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

6mm cement plaster to celing in cement 1:3 (1cement:3sand).

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand).

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand).

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering rading mixed paint brushing wood priemer.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirts,dust and slopping in with paint others than white.

Applying priming coat over new concrete/masonry/asbestos surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and Ready mixed primer.

Distempering with oil bound distemper on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade including throught broomings the surface for remove all dirt, dust mortor or dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing Alluminium sliding door bolts anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc.complete in 300x16mm.

P/F alluminium Tower bolts( barrel type) anodised transparent with necessary screws.200x10mm

P/F aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with screw etc. 125mm

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with MS flats, square or rounded bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screrws.

P/F on wall face HDPE rain water pipe 100 mm dia i/c fitting the joints with approved adhesive clamps etc.
