Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical means in all heights and depths all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be recovered only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of useful stone quantity 181.46cum @ 170/- per cum amounting to Rs:- 30848/- only shall be done on prorata basis in each running bill for this item.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 i/c setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deletarious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 metre dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil. with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1204 Coursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6(one cement : six sand) complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Construction of dry rubble masonary for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 704.6 & 1302.5, with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by mannual means of 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the interstics of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II as per technical specification clause 405 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road srurface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.00 (zero point seven zero - one point zero zero) kilogram per square metre using manual means as per technical specification cluase 503. within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road srurface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 (zero point twenty five and zero point thirty) kilogram per square metre using manual means as per technical specification cluase 502. within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling by manual means (bitumen VG-10) of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to surve as wearing couase on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finish to requried level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per technical sepcification Clause 508 within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids a bitumiouns surface to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type-B as per technical specification clause 510 (Bitumen VG-10) within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like, floor etc. upto any thickness.

f) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:Foundation and plinth

20mm Cement plaster in two coats,backing coat 15mm and finishing coat 5mm thick on rough side of brick/stone masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six Sand) second Class Bricks as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 19mm thick Commercial Board water proof shutters for up boards i/c fixing with nickel plated piano hinges with screws etc complete)as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter)Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink sand papering and knotting.
