Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of power transformer of capacity 2.00 MVA, 33 KV/11 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC, step down, outdoor type, ONAN cooled, oil immersed, copper wound, with on load tap changing arrangements (OLTC) with remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel operation on 33 KV sides to vary secondary voltage from (+) 5% to (-) 15% in steps of 1.25% (17 steps), impedance should not be less than 6.50 % at normal / common tap No.7, including suitable marshaling box, automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with vector group DYN 11, Buchholz relay having contacts for alarm and trip, oil temperature indicator (OTI), winding temperature indicator (WTI) (both SCADA compatible), HV terminals 3 Nos outdoor bare bushings with socket horn, secondary side cable end box with glands of suitable size and LV side additional neutral with one No. solid porcelain type out door bushings with sockets on the transformer lid for earthing purpose complete in all respects with standard fitting / accessories as specified, conforming to IS-2026 and including of first filling of new transformer oil conforming of IS:335 ISI marked, as specified, conforming to IS:2026 and including of first filling of new transformer oil conforming of IS:335 ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of HT 33 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles totally enclosed metal clad switchgear out door type SF6 complete with Vacuum circuit breaker of rating 400 Amps and having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter including of indoor type C&R panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type oil cooled single phase Current Transformer (CT) with copper wound, dual ratio C.T.'s 60-30A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV 3 phase system 15 VA burden for protection (class 5P10) and metering (accuracy class 0.1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type oil cooled single phase HT Potential Transformer (PT) set of three suitable for 33 KV / 110 Volt outdoor type, 3 Phase system, 15 VA burden for protection (accuracy class 0.1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch of rating 200 Amps suitable for horizontal mounting rotating type having copper blade male contact as moving contact and female jaw as fixed contact complete mounted on minimum 9 Nos of porcelain insulators and mounting channel confirm to IS : 9920 including of moving mechanism, nuts, bolt and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type horn gap fuse unit of rating 200 Amps and mounted on porcelain insulators and mounting channel all conform to IS : 9385 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 08 here-in-above, but indoor type.

Supply and fixing HT 33 KV lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for steel structure, cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, fabrication/bending cold or hot in any size and shape required at site complete applying of two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, stringing, testing and commissioning of ACSR conductor binding with insulators including binding material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3.

All as per item no. 13 here-in-above, but copper plate 60 cm x 60 cm x3.15 mm thick electrode and 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earthing lead

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip as earth electrode complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for all above items:- All items are for "Material and labour / Supply and fix" and to be executed in"Repairs" only incl taking down old materials unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or "fixing only" in BOQ. Contractors are requested to quote their rates accordingly.
