WALL AND PILLAR PANELLING: Providing & fixing Wall panelling and pillar panelling , height 270 cm, as per architect approved drawing. Frame work to be finished using 19 mm ply ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,). 9 mm ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,) ply to be fixed over the frame work. Finish the exterior part of the panelling using 0.8 mm thick laminate(Greenlam HSC) as per the pattern shown in the drawing. Finish the panelling with necessary projections, grooves, electrical/Window openings if any. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per drawing. Only visible areas will be measured

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING: Providing and fixing gypsum suspended ceiling, which includes Gyproc surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centers. The suspending G.I intermediate channels of size 45mm, at every 610mm c/c. Ceiling sections of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610mm centres. 12mm mm tapered edge Gypsum is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment (All G.I channels are Saint-Gobain Gyproc). The 12mm thick saint gobain boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edge of the boards with jointing compound & joint paper tape. Rate shall be inclusive of Cut outs for A/c machines, spot lights, light fixtures, A/C. Grills, fire and security systems cut outs, All Sections should adhere to the manufacturers guidelines. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per drawing.

10MM THICK MILKY WHITE GLASS FOR COUNTER TABLES: Supplying and fixing of 10 mm thick milky white e top on top of tables. There should not be joints on individual table tops. All the edges have to be neatly moulded as per the the length of the table. Edges to be moulded tidily as per architects satisfaction. Only visible area to be measured Rate to be inclusive of cutting charges, molding charges, tapering charges, wastage, transportation, labour etc.Only visible area to be measured

SIDE TABLES WITH STORAGES FOR COUNTER: Providing and placing side tables made of 19 mm ply ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ) and finished with 1 mm laminate. 4 shelves of 19mm thick board to be placed below. 10 mm thick float glass (approved make) to be placed on top. All necessary hardware like hinges, screws, multipurpose locks, stoppers, drawer slides, ball catchers to be provided. All inside surfaces should be laminated with approved laminate. Size( 60x40x60cm). Rate to be inclusive of transportation, labour etc. Work to be finished as per architect’s satisfaction.

ZEBRA ROLLER BLINDS. Applying Luxes 100 mm roller blinds using imported single stem runner, operating chain, link chain and USA pat P32564control unit. The handrail must be powder coated slim line aluminium, a 3 way shiftiness to roll 360 degrees and moving. The fabric must be water and oil repellent. The bottom shall be weight galvanized. Plastic Emulsion Paint Application Applying two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved make over a coat of primer on walls and ceiling. The work includes sand papering, applying of 2 coats of wall putty of Birla make/equivalent to give even and smooth finish as per directions of the bank.
