Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground withn 50 metres lead and complete,,as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles any girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand), as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla J.k. white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dirt, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete upto all floor level, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana and toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulision of approved design(Apexultima of asian paint/Nerolac paint)on undecorated wall surfaces (two Coats) to gve an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter etcetra including sandpaper, , as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
