Road Work from CH 7/900 to 11/900
55.37:Carrying out rehabilitation of existing asphalt pavement or natural soil graded as new formation up to a depth of 500 mm by cold in-situ stabilization technology using cement / proprietary additive as binder and water as per design mix . The activity shall be carried out as per below: a) Spreading of cement of required quantity as per design mix on truck mounted containerized spreader with a working width of 2.4 mts. with integrated cellular wheels with a microprocessor weight control system. b) Spreading of proprietary additive as a binder of required quantity as per design mix on truck-mounted containerized spreader with working width of 2.4 mts. with integrated cellular wheels with microprocessor weight control system. c) Milling & pulverizing of existing asphalt pavement to the desired depth and with simultaneous addition of water with machine integrated spray bars fitted on the wheeled recycling equipment and to be carried out by mobile and self-propelled stabilizer equipment of working width of 2.4 mts. and with engine horse power of 440kw.The equipment shall be equipped with integrated microprocessor regulated water spray Bar. d) Profiling the resultant stabilized mix to the required grade, level and thickness using grader and the mix should be compacted using 20 tonne pad foot roller to achieve desired proctor density complete in all respects.
