Dismantling cabinets boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws incl fillets and all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs/ tiles of any description and thickness and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement plaster 1:6 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic interior emulsion oil bound distember emulsion over a coat of primer and 3 mm thick wall care putty over newly plastered surface including preperation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic interior emulsion oil bound distember emulsion over old treated surface including preperation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut granite stone slab 20 mm thick of approved shade as in floors, kitchen platforms, steps and other similiar locations over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 laid and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match shade of the slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge such as in kitchen platform, steps and other similiar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18mm thick extruded polymer profile foam board made of 'U' PVC polyester resin of any colour and pattern and having density of 0.70g/cc used as in kitchen cabinets/ wardrobes/ shutters/ drawers etc fixed with dry wall screws in required size and shape including finishing the edges/ exposed surfaces with PVC/ sunmica lipping complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Note:- Necessary fittings will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

S&F stainless steel telescopic channel drawers slides complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel soft closing hydraullic hinges for shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cupboard magnets all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

S&F 20 mm dia stainless steel cupboard cloth hanging rods 60 cm long incl brackets and fixing to cupboards complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members (weight of expanded metal n exc 4 kg/sqm and not less than 3 kg/sqm) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding needed for the work.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
