REPAIR TO ROADS, PATHS, CULVERTS AND ROAD FURNITURE IN ZONE-II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, ETF, AAG AND NEW RTRS AT TBRL RANGE RAMGARH

Material and labour for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of V-10 @ 5 kg/10 Sqm on old existing black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of V-10 @ 3kg/10 Sqm over bituminous macadam surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour laying, srpeading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen of VG-30 by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade). (iii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, if binder content works out to be on minus side during design process,(i.e. less than 5.5%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for repairs to uneven surfaces by filling in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 @4% by weight of total mix, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) and laid by using mechanical paver finisher all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade). (iii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, if binder content works out to be on minus side during design process,(i.e. less than 4%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound minimum 2.5mm thick,using indegeneous modern propeller road marking machine including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thicknessof 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads, as per the code of practice for road marking paints, MORT & H SECTION 803 SPECIFICATIONS, white with hot thermoplastic road marking compound all as directed including applying one coat of sealing primer including all materials and labour, brushes, tools, equipment, fuel etc complete including applying paints in lines, dashes, arrows etc complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking paint shall be carried out in accordance with manufavturere's instructions and as specified in particular specifications.

Supply and fixing for reflective dual directional cat eye of high impact resistant ASB plastic solid state double moulded die stud 100x115mm having ultra violet resistant colours (White/ Yellow/ Red) having micro cuble corner spark glowwith four round discs containing 28 mini retro-reflective glass beads of colour of white/Yellow/Red to a side provided with steel zink plated nails of 12mm dia and 120mm long and fixed on road by hammpering including removing, taking out cats eyes complete all as specified and directed.

Clearance of road side berms including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out roots of bushes/ vegetation growth upto 30 cm depth and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforcement ) in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Material and labour for providing, pre cast cement concrete as in kerb stones rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary formworks & moulds and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

Supply and fixing for machine pressed Pre-Polished PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry etc complete all as directed by Engr in charge

Supply and fixing for machine pressed Pre-Polished PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 40mm thickness M-30 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry etc as directed by Engr in charge

Material and labour for sand cushioning 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 18.00 but except bricks

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:4, surfaces finished even and fair with out using extra cement on walls, all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 600mm dia circular polycarbonate reflective convex mirror body made out of ABS plastic high performance complete with mounthing hardware including pole and fixing with clamp in PCC 1:2:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.
