M&L carrying out complete the rectification of compressors, condensers and evaporator system capacity of 3 x 90 TR Shtil hangar of Make: Blue star Model LCAX1-0375-DA, involving replacement spare, testing and commisioning including panel recommissioning, Re- assembling the compressor in all respect, refixing the same in its original position and re-connecting all disconnected lines including Leak test, pressure, nitrogen test, Vacuuming, gas filling etc, in serviceable and operational condition complete all as manufactureres with following items as given below and as directed.

Note: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary filter, T&P, MS Nuts, MS Bolts, MS washers, gaskets, drier core filter etc to put into AC Plant and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) New spare parts required for replacing old parts shall be measured and paid separately against ‘Supply only’ under item No 1.03 to 1.12 here-in-after, labour rate quoted shall be deemed to have been inclusive of such items.

(iii) Any minor spares / parts /accessories not covered in the Schedule "A" Part but required for completion of job shall be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted shall be deemed to have been inclusive of such items. (iv) Servicing of control wiring in the system/ panel operating parameter microprocessor, motherboard, communication, control card etc, is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Servicing shall be carried out through OEM /authorised Agency only and test report shall be submitted in duplicate.

M&L for carrying out attending to break down of Central type AC plant of any capacity only auth OEM (M/S Bluestar) rep/team for fault finding attending repairs as and when required such as no start condition of AC plant and repairing, starting the operating parameter of the chillers checking any vibration, functioning microprocessor, flow swich calibration, HP/LP cut out swich, oil pump and oil heater the AC plant till smooth running and setting up the alignment, required parameter of all major/minor parts such as compressor microprocessor based central AC plant, general repair smooth and trouble free operation of plant to the entire satisfaction of user /dep. Attending break down inspection service report duly mentioning the date of inspection signature of service engineer and Engineer -in- charge documents shall be submitted for claming payment as required in ground as ordered by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for carrying out the descaling of the shell & Tube condensers by isolation of each condenser by providing of dummy plate for inlet & outlet connection and separation of condenser from water circulation without disturbing the operation of the AC plant, carrying out the descaling by circulation of the diluted scale removing agent organic compound type chemical of RA III / chemtex Brand at the appropriate ratio depend upon as recommended by manufacturer and the scale deposit inside copper tube by forced circulation and opening the end covers, mechanical brushing the copper tubes with nylon brushes of various size to remove complete scale, de-greasing with caustic soda solution and flushing out with fresh water, refixing all disconnected pipes lines, end covers with new rubber gasket and opening water line valves and checking of water leakages and pressure testing, apply grease to all M.S. Bolts & Nuts and put the condensers of the following capacities in operational complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge:-

30 to 35 TR Capacity

90 TR Capacity

M&L carrying out the chemical servicing of the Air cooled condensers & cooling coils by applying the non-acidic scale removing agent to the fins area of the cooling coil, copper tubes, remove the complete scale deposit across the coil, flushing through and complete blowing out the dirt, cleaning the fan impellers, filter section, fan section and complete cleaning filters, tightening of all bolts & nuts, renew the rusted bolts & nuts checking the alignment of the drive set and testing & commissioning the air cooled condenser of AC Plant up to 90 TR complete all as specified and directed.
