NOTES FOR ALL ITEMS OF BOQ:- 1.Contractor should visit the installation before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. Maintenance / Servicing work must be get it done through OEM or its authorized service provider/centre and completed through OEM rep only. 3. Safety certificate for steam pipe line should be provided by the contractor on monthly servicing and he will be responsible for any loss. 4. Contractor has to provide all type of tools required for repair/replacement of the laundry items. It shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 5. All requisite safety measures to be adopted at site during servicing & repair of equipment. 6. Please refer PS Clause 16.1 for penal recovery for not attending complaints and rectifying defects. 7. Attending breakdown call & nececessary servicings shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted for below Items. Notes for item Ser No 02 to 08:- The servicing/repair/replacement work will be executed by Ramson /IFB (OEM) only and before placing the work order, contractor has to provide MoU (Memorandum of understanding) from Ramson/IFB. The contractor will be responsible for submmiting a copy of MoU to GE(M) Ezhimala before placing the work order.
