Supplying of Portable Traffic Guard Rail (as follows) made of G.I. heavy hollow pipe (dia. Of 40mm/20mm) along with logo/ name of this Authority/ Bidhannagar City Police and GO SLOW/STOP signage at the panel made of 4mm thick best quality Tin sheet all as per direction & design of the E.I.C.:- i) Outer Structure:- 2000mm X 1000mm; by 40mm dia. Heavy G.I. Pipe ii) Inner structure:- by a horizontal Heavy G.I. pipe at the gap of 250mm from upper level & by 720mm perpendicular Heavy G.I. Pipe at the gap of 250mm each (7 nos.) from lower level & by 220mm perpendicular Heavy G.I. Pipe at the gap of 500mm (2 nos.) from upper level iii) Display Panel:- a 500mm x 250mm & 2 nos. 750mm x 250mm, by 4mm thick tin sheet iv) Moving attachment:- 2 sets by 2 nos. heavy G.I. pipe of 230mm length, each at 600 each other along with 4 nos. heavy duty iron wheel of 40mm dia vi) Painting:- Spray paint by good quality R.O. & synthetic colour vii) Jointing method:- by arc welding viii) Design :- as attached
