2.31:Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

50.2.33.5:Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth between 40cm to 60cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete.

2.33.2:Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.Beyound 60 cm girth up to and including 120 cm girth

15.60:Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

OD21524/2026-2027:Removing the blocked materials from the sullage water drain around the building and depositing the dirty matters to a safe distant place within a distance of 150 mm etc,complete,including cleaning the drain uprooting the vegetation and all labour charges etc .complete,as per the direction of departmentalofficers at site.

OD21525/2026-2027:Engaging coolie on DLR basis for clearing of Drain inlets, Rainwater pipe, Waterlogging yards etc complete

OD21523/2026-2027:Clearing and removing grass,small bushes and other dirty matters from open terrace and sunshade of building and disposal of the debris to a safe distant place including all labour charges ,scaffolding charges,hire charges etc.complete,as per the direction of departmental officers at site
