PART-I:- Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), un-reinforced, complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete, all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, copings etc. complete all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered or previously undecorated surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing), removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified.

Non skid, Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, all as specified.

Precast Reinforced cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in manhole cover, deck slabs and in shelves, etc. Similar works bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including form work, complete all as directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

TMT bars 6mm dia and over up to 10mm, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified.

Forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.410-0.Gde-E-250, steel work, all as specified.

Mild steel work as in bolt hooks (stay) hook and pintle hinges, bands, straps, hold fasts, clamps, wall ties, cleats, fanhooks etc. or similar small articles conforming to grade Fe-290 grade E-165, all as specified.

Welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm Supplied and fixed complete to steel members.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Repairing/treatment of all cracks, joints and honey combs with polymer modified fiber reinforced morter as per methodology specified by the manufacturer. Average depth of honey comb repairing 20-25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for Plastering over Stone Masonary : Plastering - vertical/horizontal wall of 20mm thick over concrete masonary with cement and sand ratio 1:4 to provide levelled surface with integral water proofing liquid additive for concrete, mortar and plasters in the ratio of 200ML / 50 Kg of cement. Ensure that the surface should be levelled.Work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as spd and diredted by Engr-in-charge. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for Cementitious Coating - Floor (Horizontal/Vertical Area) : Prime the area with slurry by mixing one part of acrylic polymer with two parts of neat cement i.e. in the ratio 0.5 Kg acrylic polymers and 1 Kg cement. Apply two component cementitious elastomeric polymers base water proof coating on clean and dampen surface with stiff fibre brush. Apply first coat @ 1.25 Kg per Sqmt per coat in one direction. Apply second coat when the first coat is touch dry @ 1.25 Kg per Sqm per coat in perpendicular direction to first coat direction. Allow to dry for 24 hr before moist curing. Do not apply water through a hose or pressurized nozzle. Protection screed 25mm thick M-15 Grade screed adding of integral water proofing liquid 200ML per 50 Kg of cement PCC to protect the treated surface on all horizontal surface. Work should be process with guideline methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Epoxy Coating (Approved by CFTRI) PRIMER : Apply two component penetrative epoxy based primer @ 160 gms per Sqmt on cured surface. Note the moisture should not be more than 5%. EPOXY COATING : Apply food grade epoxy coating tested by CFTRI) @ 500 Gms per Sqmt in two coats. Apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
