| 1.04 | (c) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, gaskets, O rings, Keys materials, nuts, bolts, gland rope, packing materials etc. and lifting / lowering, transportation to and from site to work shop etc. (if applicable) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.05 | (d) The contractor should ensure that any complaint / breakdown of pumps / motors has to be attended within 24 hrs from the time of intimation/reporting about the same either by telephonic or electronic mode by deploying skilled tradesman. During urgent / emergent cases information/ intimation about the breakdown will be conveyed to the Contractor through Telephonic/ Electronic modes only & the same shall be treated as an Official Intimation. In the event of any delay beyond above mentioned tiime limit without prior intimation or genuine cause, penalty at the rate of twice the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint / breakdown shall be recovered. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.06 | (e) The contractor / firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements.
