Taking down Chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply & Fix Blast resistant hollow metal pressed steel double leaf doors with frame, hinges, stainless steel handles, door stopper, mortise dead lock, panic bar, flush bolt, poly carbonate glass view panel, hold fast etc, and of which leaf made up of 2mm thick sheets and frame made up of 4mm thick sheets and total thickness of door leaf to be 8mm. The door should with stand explosion of 12 Kg and have blast resistance up to 7bars, fire rated for minimum 3Hours and These doors to be manufactured from high grade steel sheets, constructed as a composite panel consisting of solid steel faces with heavy duty reinforcement stiffeners as core and inside the door panel. The blast doors to be provided with suitable single/multiple EPDM gaskets for air tightness as per specifications. All the doors to be painted in two coats with high quality anti corrosive coating and paints over a coat of primer, to enhance the performance and aesthetic appearance. Full design and engineering capability to manufacture blast resistant doors to be meet desired specifications and safety standards and Testing and design of blast resistant doors that comply with latest test standards, The fire rating performance of door will be up to 180 minutes, confirming to IS : 3614 (Part-II) , IS : 4991 - 1968 and IS : 4991 - 1968BS: 476(Part- 20 & 22) entire completion all as directed and specified.

Material & Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type B1 1:3:6 (using 20mm aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:4 including all staging complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on concrete, brick or stone walls/ ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 8mm thick CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over back coat of 12mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces for external wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) and the junction of RCC members with wall shall be plastered after reinforced with chicken wire netting strip of GI wire of 0.91mm dia and 12mm size for a width of 30cm complete all as specified and directed. (Supply of GI Mesh to be measured separately)

Supply only integrated water proofing compound used in rendering.

Material & Labour for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm with WPC complete all as specified. Note: - WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix hangers 4 mm dia GI(upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

ANTI STATIC EPOXY FLOORING (SELF SMOOTHING TOPPING) Surface Preparation: Preparing the existing surface of floor by diamond wheel grinding/scarification and cleaning by wire brushing etc, to remove all dirt, dust, oil etc to expose clean sound base concrete substrata. Conductive Flooring: Providing and laying with Electro Static Conductive floor 2mm thick in layers, including surface preparation by grinding the floor using diamond cutter grinder and primer coat using Nitoprime 25 Base & Hardener. Application of 2mm thick using self leveling epoxy Nitoflor SL Conductive of approved colour pigment after providing necessary fillers to have a uniform level over grinded or Scarified area using spike roller to obtain a uniform level surface, including first Under coat (Anti static) Nitoflor Conductive Undercoat - mix uniformly with special roller brushes including laying the copper strips of 25mm wide self adhesive copper tape with conductive adhesive in required grid pattern & connect to earth socket, over which apply second coat of (Anti static) Nitoflor Conductive Undercoat mix uniformly with special roller brushes and top layer 2mm thick self leveling epoxy (Anti-static) Nitoflor Conductive Topcoat to uniform level using nylon spike roller etc., all as per manufacturer's specifications. The surface resistance of the conductive topping in accordance with BS 2050:1978 (A-1984) and DINEN 1081, the static conductive topping including undercoat shall be in the range of 25x10 to the power of 3 ohms 1x 10 to the power of 6 ohms when tested for static decay using Metriso Megger as per Federal Test Method 101B, Method 4056. The coat shall posses a minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 minimum Tensile strength of 15 N/mm2, minimum flexural strength of 28 N/mm2.
