Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with soild block, exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortor 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ as in copings, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating and use of form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work and making good the disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for joints, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently with out connecting plates Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing mild steel work in wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Grade E-165.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Hard/ Dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, any size or type wt not less than 3 Kg per Sqm of standard, rails, straining bolts including provision of binding wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All all as per Srl item No. 16.00 here-in-before but fixing only except materials.

Supply & fixing in repairs galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Fe-290 (Gde E-165) Framed work as in ornamental door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fiting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 1.25mm thk mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screw, clouts nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seam including bending or turnning up, mitred angle etc as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Vibro compacted Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for granite work (table rubbed and polished) 18-20 mm thick as in steps, jambs, pillars, platforms and like machine cut bedded and jointed & pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing and moulding over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for endura tiles, heavy duty for high traffic 300mmx300mm, 10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, set, jointed in neat cement sluury, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above GL), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, etc., jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing/plinth protection finished even and fair surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and fair surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the reqd line, level and curvature,jointed and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves including making drainage opening where ever required, complete all as specified and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) 1:2:4 as in cover slabs shelves and similar articles with plane faces set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 24800.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
