ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (CLEANING AND SWEEPING) OF TAJ MAHAL COMPLEX INCLUDING FACILITIES CENTER AT TAJ MAHAL, AGRA

Routine Cleaning & Sweeping by manually / mechanically of the floor and roof area (Forecourt pathways upto gates, Forecourt, Royal gate area, East & West side dallan, Connecting Pathways East to West and South to North, Mosque, Mehman Khana, Chameli floor and East facility center and exhibition gallery( tunnel), West facility center and from West gate to Khan- E-Alam steel gate, Inner side of South gate and Eastern & Western Naubat Khana Platform) in Tajmahal Complex, picking up of shoe covers & water bottles etc. dropping of pigeons, removal of Cob-webs, vegetational growth from pathways and special cleaning for wooden steps and around ramps daily including also cleaning in 4 Nos. Saheli burj, close portion (South side wall roof, Gaushala and Glass house roof, East & West side dallan's roof, East and West side Naubat Khana roof, Main Mausoleum, Mosque and Mehman Khana roof, underground cells, Royal gate roof, Watch tower (Burji) and step in minars) and also cleaning of dust up to height 2.40 mtr. in whole complex. Daily cleaning of approximate 65000 Sqm area all-round the tourist hours i.e. from sunrise to sunset (Approximate 12 hours) and weekly cleaning of the closed area of approximately 20000 sqm with required strength of man power (20 nos sweepers and 1 nos. Supervisor) (Detailed measurement given in report sheet). The work will include following scope of work – (1. Ensuring regular cleaning during the tourist hours from sunrise to sunset. The site required to be cleaned properly at the time of sunrise once the visitors gets entry into the monuments premises either by manually or mechanically. 2. Cleaning and washing of approximate 50 nos. dustbins on daily basis and ollection of garbage from dustbin on hourly basis. 3. Cleaning of stone panels carefully with cotton dusters. 4. Cleaning of Stone Jali with Paint Brush. 5. Picking up of all the littering as Shoe Cover, Water Bottles, Mask etc. during the tourist hours. and disposal garbage from monument to out site of municipal limit during the Financial Year 2026-2027. List of material to be supplied per month - Suti-0.50 Kg, Phoonse - 15.00 kg, Surf Detergent for floor washing – 5.00 kg, Brush 4”–4.00 Nos, Cotton duster 24”–10.00 Nos, Plastic bucket – 10 Ltr. Capacity (white), Paint brush 4” – 2.00 Nos, Nariyal Broom – 20.00 kg.

The work will include following scope of work – (1. Ensuring regular cleaning during the tourist hours from sunrise to sunset. The site required to be cleaned properly at the time of sunrise once the visitors gets entry into the monuments premises either by manually or mechanically. 2.
