Repairs to 100kVA transformer body by way of lifting of transformer top, draining of T. Oil, lifting of cradle along with coils. The repairs to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes DG set, tata mobile, welding set, skilled workers, gas cutter, grinder and superior quality electrodes. The welding to be carried in two layers to avoid further leakages (lumpsum 30 cm). Assembling of equipment after arresting leakages, installing and testing the equipment successfully at LIS Achabal Ist.

Providing and fitting of 40mm dia gate valve of heavy duty. The job includes providing and fitting of nut bolts (02 kgs). At site DWS Mehrajpora.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump casing using Mini auto means of transport from sub-divisional premises to LIS Vighbal 2nd (upto 15 Km).

Rethreading of bolt hole/stud hole using appropriate tap drill (16mm size bore) of 18No. to the casing.

Providing and fitting of 16mm dia M.S studs of required length.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of damaged pump casing using Mini auto means of transport from LIS Vighbal 2nd (up to 16 Km). to divisional stores Baramulla through proper return indent. The job includes extraction of old damaged casing and fitting of new one (departmental), testing on same successfully.
