All as per Srl item no 48 above but on wood or wooden based surface.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any tint / colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair steel rolling shutters with ball bearing , guide channel as specified including top covers anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erect in position as indicated complete push or pull or manual type having thickness of laths 1.00 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing gear operated, manual operated, rolling shutter and iron door after welding, straighting, easing, adjusting, greasing and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Grass cutting/vegetation clearance of ground including leveling etc i.e jungle Zim (using Tractor not less than 50 HP capacity) and engine driven Bush Cutter (For , all type of locations where tractor can not reach Like traverse wall of any height etc) including crew consisting of driver and deployment of 01 sweeper/labours daily for collection of grass and removal outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The grass after cutting should not be more than 50mm above ground level. 2. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all the above provisions and nothing extra shall be admissible. 3. The contractor should deploy jungle jim/bush cutter team as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Non-deployement of jungle jim /Bush cutter team with in 24 Hrs of communication / Site order will result a penalty of Rs. 2000 Per day.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator ) means over area exceeding 30cm depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, complete all as specified and directed.
