Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type ampermeter from HT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase ampere meter digital type CT operated, of range (0-40 Amps), of size 96x96mm for HT 11 KV, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable MCCB 160 A any type any description and Supply and fixed new MCCB Triple pole, 160 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 36 KA , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable MCCB 250 A any type any description and Supply and fixed new MCCB Triple pole, 250 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 35 KA , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable MCCB 100 A any type any description and Supply and fixed new MCCB Triple pole, 100 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 25 KA , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air break switch(GOD) triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism work from ground level suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amp.

Disconnecting and taking down old LT panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication and comprising of following :- ( mentioned in srl no. 11.01 here in below ) shall be made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCBs and TPN, bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, the TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made of non hygroscopic non combustible track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar.

Make : Legrand / L&T/AE Qty -01 No. (g) Bus-bar chamber having 3 nos insulated aluminium bus-bar of 400 Amps rating and one No. bus bar of 200 Amps rating of suitable shape and size.

Notes for item no 12.00 The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have TPN copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be of suitable size supported on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with PVC insulated and sheathed 2.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 2mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The inner shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The degree of protection for shell shall be IP-42, with following switchgears :-

Labour only for checking the serviceablity of the different spares/components/parts of security light/post top lantern light fittings ( HPSV, metal halide, flood light fittings etc , any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position , replacement of unservicable/damaged/broken parts either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR SCH `A’ ITEM NO 13.00 :- (i) Replacement of parts i.e lamps, choke, Igniter, Condenser, Holder, covers etc for HPMV/HPSV/MH/Flood light fittings any wattage & capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as ‘supply only’ . The contractor shall maintain a register showing details of poles with distinct location on which fittings are repaired by using spares/parts supplied by him, the Eng-in-Charge shall verify the fact from site and thereafter it will jointly signed and kept on record, the register shall be produced to AGE alongwith every payment claimed by the contractor and shall be deposited to Eng-in- Charge after completion of work. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site.

(iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition. This condition shall be applicable for the fittings in which contractor has provided materials other than Govt supply. (v) Contractor’s quoted rates for this item is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the fittings in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, fixing the fittings in same position or the other, connecting the fittings with electric source and testing of fittings as directed.

Supply only porcelain holders screw type for single ended elliptical/tubular lamps of 70/100 watt HPSV/MH, 80/125 watt HPMV and 150 watt MH light fittings of any description dismantled/fixed under Sch `A` item No 13.00 here in above complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing & testing 30 W LED street light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with all accessories . The fitting shall IP 65 protection, duly prewired suitable for and including mounting bracket made of MS Angle Iron 40x40x5mm , 900mm long, bent to shape cutting,drilling of holes & welding as required & directed etc fixed/grouted on wall with fastner's nut,bolt washers as required and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including connecting the fitting to bus bar box/Main switch with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed Cat Part No: ENDURA CITY LITE PLAT PLUS SL30WLED757SASYBOPC IP65 of Make Havells or equivalent model of specified make as approved by AGE.

Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing & testing 70 W LED Flood light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with electronic driver and all accessories suitable for & including lamp 70 W with suitable No's of LEDs . The fitting shall IP 66 protection, duly prewired complete with and including connecting the fitting to bus bar box/Main switch with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed Cat Part No: FL70WLED757LTG of model JETA PRO 70 of Make- Havells or equivalent model of specified make as approved by AGE. Note : GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out existing globe light fitting/post top lanterns of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing decorative gate light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit LeD lamp B22 base (mounting dia-60 mm) mounted on pole or gate suitable for 7/9/11/15/20 W of LEDs blub required at site all as specified and directed . Cat Part No: 20 W LeD Lamp -Moon 250 LHFXBON1TN5Q020 of model MOON OPAL of Make- Havells or equivalent model of specified make as approved by AGE. Disconnecting and taking out existing globe light fitting/post top lanterns of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing decorative gate light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit LeD lamp B22 base ( mounting dia-60 mm) mounted on pole or gate suitable for 7/9/11/15/20 W of LEDs blub required at site all as specified and directed . Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slopes/gradients etc. complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

Earthing Complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 2009( Part-I).

M&L for reparing of old out door LT Panels/feeder piller such as alingment of both doors , repair / replacement of locking arrangement, door hinges, welding at cracks , uprighting and fixing properly all as directed at site.

S&F in repalcement GI pipe bracket make of 40 mm bore light grade pipe made to shape of overall length of 1.2 mtr for fixing of street light fitting including MS clamps, nuts & bolts of required size complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair cable junction box (IP-66) weather proof outdoor type of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 170 mm with terminals suitable for entry of cable size 10 to 25 Sqmm including and fixing arrangement for 1 No. MCB SPN, 6 to 32 amps, 250 Volts with 'B' curve, fixed on pole with clamp including connecting complete. Make : Hensel or equivalent

M&L for filtration of transformer oil 630 KVA ( Kirlosker) by filtration machine all in good weather condition complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material & labour for top up of transformer oil as per manufacturer specification all as specified and as directed at site requirement.

M&L for painting of transformer by spray gun by synthetic enammaled paint over a coat of red oxide, scrubbing old paints, cleaning of black areas by scrubers, all as specified and as directed at site. Note- Before painting the transformer all HT and LT connection should be removed by skilled electrician. After painting the HT & LT connection should be fixed in the proper position by the skilled electrician.The contractor should be responsible for all safety precaution before painting the transformer taken by his labour.

Supply and fix silica gel in the transformer .

M&L for servicing of Vaccum circuit breaker by taking out rack, measuring insulation of all wires,power cables, measuring continuty by meter, and meggaring all cables, greasing mechanical parts, checking all insulators and checking all nuts /bolt. In ON/OFF position complete all as specified and directed at site. Note. All preventive measure before opening the rack should be strictly followed by the authrosied machanic in contractor supervision .

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
