Experience Certificate (Work Done Certificate for satisfactory provision of similar services to Government or Semi-Government/Local Organizations during the last 5 years (2020-21. 2021-22. 2022-23. 2023-24 and 2024-25) not less than Rs.25.00 Lakhs

Equipments 1. SV 600 Scanning Machine/40 Inch Scanning Machine (Own), 2. 40 Inch Cutting machine 40 Inch, A4/Legal/A3 Size (Owner/Lease) (Availability by owning at least 50% of the required key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/ hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents shall be furnished. As per tender document)

The Agency should have total turnover of at least Rs.50.00 Lakhs in any one year in last Five years. The Agencies should submit proof of Audited Annual Turnover Certificate, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts, Income and Expenditure Accounts and IT return & Pan Card

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.15.00 Lakhs (Unconditional Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized/Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement. (As per format)

GST registration certificate and return file for the last 5 years to be uploaded. (i.e. FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)

Tenderer Should have his Office Within the Limits of city corporation Belagavi or Should have made a Trade Licence & Agreement to set up office in Belagavi city.
