Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor ceiling etc. all as directed

Repairing of unserviceable light point, fan point, socket point 5A/15A, switches sockets, fan regulator, light fixtures any type of lamp, MCB DB's and all electrical accessories and day to day/door to door maintenance , making the points/accessories serviceable in all respect with replacement of any minor parts like small length of wires (not more than 50 cm) adhesive cable and other connected minor accessories. Work shall also include to check and removal of leakage in service connection/submains of houses as and when directed. The scope also include cutting of existing bakelite sheet to accommodate new wiring accessories like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. Note (i) Any other replacement of items shall be measured and paid under respective items as supply only. Fixing charges of electrical accessories like switch, sockets etc is deemed to be included in the item rate of attending complaint. (a) Contractor representative/Engineer will report to JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge daily at fornoon and afternoon to collect routine / urgent works related to internal electric supply till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. The contractor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, galvanised screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requisite T&P items to his tradesmen . All routine /urgent job received on job slip will be repaired and got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE E/M with in 24 hours. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12 hours after handing over of routine /urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as per the item rate .

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sq mm copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated, unsheathed multistanded, 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC all accessories such as bend,elbow,socket,tee saddles etc fixed concealed to wall / fixed to ceiling etc including 4 Sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded 1100 V grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 runs of 4 Sq mm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

Taking down unserviceable street light fittings of any type and Supply and fixing LED street light fittings of 30 watts on wall/pole of height 3 to 5M, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondery optics, IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IKO7 of model No LHDBXU7PA7S030 of HAVELLS or equivalant of CG or Philips and electrically connecting up including brackets for street light fitting made of 40/32 mm bore GI pipe light grade 1.5m long bend to shape with flat iron clamps 25x 3mm thick, two Nos with nuts, bolts and applying two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of primerall as directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan/exhaust fan with rod from ceiling / roof and refixing the same after repairs such as servicing, greasing, replacement of ceiling fan down rod of suitable length, clamps, nuts, washers, rubber bushes, safety pin etc as required and applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and writing of MES No complete including connecting up with 2 core twisted flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan , test and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding and replacement of capacitor & bearing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rewinding of exhaust fans of any size with approved copper enamelled wire of suitable guage varnishing including replacement of capacitor rubber packing etc and testing complete all as specified and directed

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep any type and make, cutting and removing burnt winding wire without damaging stator, removing old insulation of polyester paper, re-winding fan motor with super enameled copper wire of same gauge/dia with correct number of turns for auxiliary and main winding, varnishing, baking, soldering new lead of twin core multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, assembling, replacement of capacitor 2.5mfd and re-fixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
