OD288098/2025-2026: Supply ,Conveyance Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA DG with Acoustic enclosure as per CPCB IV+ norms and technical details given below. Engine. a. Coolant kit. d, Fuel Pump, e Electronic governor backed with mechanical governor. f. Fuel filter. g .Lubricating oil filter, h. Residential type exhaust silencer. Engine Instrument Panel. a. starting switch with key or button .b. Lubricating oil temperature gauge. c.Lubricating oil pressure gauge, d. Water temperature gauge. e.RPM Indicator with hour meter. f. Battery charging ammeter. Safety Controls for Engine-a.Trip for low lubricating oil pressure. b.Trip for high water temperature. c.Providing necessary warning system and other safeties as contemplated in relevant ISS. d. Fuel shut off facility at over speed. Fuel pipe. Oil resistant flexible hoses & 25mm dia or nearest size MS pipe as per manufactures requirement for fuel line. Alternator-a.make-As specified in accepted make of material .b .Type - Self excited and self regulated. capacity - 100 KVA at 0.8 PF. d. System of voltage - 3 phase, 415V. e. Speed - 1500 RPM. f. Voltage regulation band - 2.50% of rated Voltage .g. Insulation - Class F/H. h. AVR - AVR shall be provided with a motorized or solid state potentiometer. i.IP rating of enclosure - IP 23.j. Wave form distortion - No load<1.5%, non-distorting balanced linear load<5%.Telephone interference factor - Better than 50 l. Total harmonic factor - Better than 2%. Standard control panel with suitably rated MCCB with overload and E/F release and standby low set earth fault relay using neutral CT .The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. Fuel tank-Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity . Battery-Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufactures requirements. Battery Charger :Supply and providing battery charger suitable for charging battery of DG Set. Acoustic enclosure: a,The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company firm where the DG set delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the stringent MOEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA@ 1m at 75% load under free field conditions. b.Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability.c.Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50ºC enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environments. e. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make, f.Insulation material shall confirm to IS 8183 specification. Documents to be supplied:a.Engine manual, b.Spare parts book, c.Warranty certificate, d.Alternator manual & test certificate, e.1 set control wiring drawing. Installation:It shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards,IE rules and as per the direction of the official. Testing and commissioning:The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. Block load testing shall also be conducted.DG has capacity to carry out at least 55% block load. Exhaust Piping shall be vent to the top of the nearest tallest building if required . If the pipe cannot be clamped/fixed to the building or any other structure of permanent nature necessary fabricated structures using channel section or angle iron sections of adequate mechanical strength, duly painted with 2 coats of Heat retardant aluminium paint shall be provided for the support of the exhaust pipe. (Additional piping and support will be measured excluding the company standard length of pipe supplied by the manufacturer.) including arranging load test at site or company assembly unit with presents of department staff .

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
