Regarding proposal to erect Install thematic wall and gate on NH 07 at Kala Amb (SH Construction of Entrance Gate)

Amount

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work ( both soft and hard rock)and shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) or in any intermediate classification of soil in dry or saturated condition including timbering, shoring, strutting, pumping or bailing out water including stacking the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - incharge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm ( fifteen centimetre) layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth and stacking of all serviceable material as directed by the Engineer Incharge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 One cement : Four sand :Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty milimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (One cement : One point Five sand:Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work (SAIL,TISCO,RINL,JINDAL PANTHER of (JSPL),Shyam Steel) welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :- In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work (SAIL,TISCO,RINL,JINDAL PANTHER of (JSPL),Shyam Steel) welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :- In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. Flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Ornamental Grill. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand:Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement.50mm (Fifty milimetre) thick including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm(Zero ponit six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (TATA Durashine)in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty)microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (Five)microns over 5 (Five)microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain asbestos cement sheet ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) 6 mm (Six milimetre)thick including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm(Sixty Centietre) overall with 0.60mm (Zero point Six zero milimetre)thick prepainted steel sheets(TATA Durashine) in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheetswith top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty)microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (Five)microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts &nuts 6mm (Six milimetre) dia & prepainted G.I. limpetand bitumen washers complete withall accessories as required as per the irection of Engineer in Charges.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm(Sixty centimetre) overall 0.60mm(Zero ponit six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel (TATA Durashine) sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5(Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetre)dia with prepainted G.I.limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (One point Six Six to Two milimetre)thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat ofred lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. sliding door bolts bright finished or/and black enamelled with nuts and screws etc. complete. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete. 250x10mm. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Handles with necessary screws complete. 125mm including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning thesurface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :--With readymixed paint other than white including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry /asbestoscement / plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface bythoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sandpapering as required with :-Readymixed primer including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing /Fixing ornamentle calush complete as per entire satisfacation of engineering -in-charge including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
