REPAIR/MAINT OF 11 AND 33 KV TRANSFORMER SUB STATION ALONGWITH SWITCH GEAR, VCBs INCL UG/HT CABLES OH LINES AND ALLIED WKS AT NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

M&L for Repair/maint of the HT cicuit braker ( 11 KV, 630 Amps, SF-6 enclosed and outdoor type-26 Nos) by authorised rep of OEM (ABB) , the repair/maint includes calibration/setting of OC/EF relay as per peak load of the feeder , servicing of mechanical system, bus bars, CTs with internal wiring of control panels, indicators, tripping system, auto closer of motors etc including greasing of all mechanical compenents and removing all types of dust and settled dirt by means of required T&P. Note : (a) The authorised rep of original equipment manufactor will be visit immediately after acceptance of contract and the servicing/caliberation record will be maint/kept in the HT installations duly signed by Engineer-in-charge (b) The firm is liable to carry out the repair/tests at site (c) All type of T&P to replace unserviceable compenent will be the responsibility of the contactor. (d) The replaced components will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of the schedule. (e) The components are to be procured from the original manufacture with approval of Garrison Engineer.(f) The RMUs/Breaker shall be sealed properly from bottom to prevent enter rats and other insects by using necessary packing. M&L in replacement of internal wiring of 11 KV safeplus VVVV+M NE Motorized outdoor Make ABB by using heavy duty FRLSH copper cable of suitable size up to 2.5 sqmm grey wire including lugs, Ferrule,etc and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable Gang operated switch complete including dropout fuse set from Steel tubular (2Pole/3Pole/4Pole) pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable Lightining arrestors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down rusted / corroded Cross arms any shape and size from PCC/ Steel Tubular Poles including nut bolts clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down worn out Pin / Disc insulators 11 Kv any shape and size from PCC/Steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed.
