RequiredEMD Shall be paid through e procurement platform as per the norms stipulated therein. However, the EMD is exempted for valid PEMD Holders and others who are eligible for exemption as per the prevailing norms (i.e., valid PEMD/SSI, MSME, SC/ST/Vaddera Societies and individuals, etc).

RequiredCopy of valid RC with Ownership of the vehicle in the name of the firm/contractor with not older than 07 years up to 31.03.2026 YOM: On or after April-2019 and Registered as Motor cab/Taxi only.

RequiredCopy of satisfactory physical verification report issued by any one of the nominated Divisional Engineers by the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage for this specific purpose as per Memo.No:CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage/T1/F-Hired Vehicles/D.No.1007/2025-26; Dt:18.02.2026 shall be uploaded. The format of physical verification report and the details of those Divisional Engineers along with contact details are enclosed

RequiredSatisfactory Service Certificate to the firm/contractor towards execution of same/similar work during FY 2025-26 from the competent authority shall be uploaded. In case of new firms/other firms who do not have experience during FY 2025-26, the experience condition may be exempted upon submission of self declaration certificate in this regard.
