Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering and propping etc. Height of propping and cetering below supporting floor to seiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removel of th same for the same for in situ reinforcement concrete and plain concrete concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thikness) portions and the like including attached pilaster buttersses plinth and stiring course and the like

Providing and placing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads & lifts as per the direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1½ sand:3graded stone agregate of 20mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcemenr for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Foundations , footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respect.

Walls any thikness but not less that 0.10 Mtrs thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation (level) upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect.

Providing steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works.as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipood metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polystc (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microne primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above Ground level to 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) of 2nd class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, wndows, clerestory windows and other frames wrouhgt, frramed and fixed in position in 1st class Deodar wood within all leads and lifts as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long i.e fixing to from with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plug and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 ( 1cement 3 sand 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows i/c bright finished black enammeled iron hinges with necessary screws: 1st class deodar wood 40mm thick including entire carriage of material as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized alumnium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts and screw complete with in all leads and lift

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts(barrel type)anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete with in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete with in all leads and lifts.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/masonry/plastred surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth complete with in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete with in all leads and lifts.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matters sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing with pink priming complete with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost) on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing 12 mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivelent (600 X600 X 12 mm) manufactured of approved shade and colour treads of steps laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment ofrequired shade to match the shade of tiles complete in all respect.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size will rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone//concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) with in all leads and lifts

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of fencing panel of size 1.20m X 1.20m fitted with expended metal Jali 25 X 25mm mesh welded with M.S angles for stand 40x40x5 mm with M.S. black tube 32mm dia of 14 gauge including cutting, welding, painting with red oxide paint followed by a cost of metal enamel paint to good extirior glistring look and rendering smooth witj hold fast made of black tube 6 nos. complete in all respect nad to the entire satisfation of the Engineer in charge.

Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square and cut faced against the wire ( Wire crates to be measured and paid for separately ) with in all leads ,lifts, carriage and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.The weight of each boulder should not be less than 18 kgs.
