REPAIR TO FENCING, PATH AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT AIR FORCE STATION JODHPUR

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete, wood, steel or R.C.C. of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surface etc., complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to mild steel fencing posts, any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel nibs, pins etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified

S&F in repair razor type concertina coil hot galvanised spring tensile wire fixed on Y shape angle iron having barbed wire and coil having 6 to 8 RM per coil of 900 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Minimum weight of coil shall be measured by a BOO conveyed by the Accepting Officer.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, sub base, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 made in rubber mould/rubberised type, conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 30 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.
