Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grade width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification Clause 302,1603.1,1603.2, and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites, which shall be managed by the contractor / firm at their own, through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any Loss to the public/private property during the execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. The rate includes octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government . .A recovery of useful stones for 280.90 Cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be done on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means all depth & width including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per clause 305.1. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (One cement : Five fine sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size) cement content not less then 130 kg/cum (One hundred thirty kilograme /per cubic metre). as per techanical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203.. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20 (Twenty) (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (One Cement : Four coarse sand) : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size) cement content not less then 170 kg/cum (One hundred seventy kilograme /per cubic metre). as per techanical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand) : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) cement content not less then 250 kg/cum (Two hundred fifty kilograme /per cubic metre). as per techanical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (One cement : Two fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 900 mm (Nine hundred milimetre) dia. R.C.C. pipe. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per clause 1108.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne (Eight to twelve tonne) capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two pint five centemetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per specification. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and stacking at site. 90 mm to 45 mm (Ninety to forty five milimetre) size stone aggregate including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per specification. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with Three wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne (Eight to ten tonne) capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density . including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per specification. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
