RequiredUdhyog aadhar holder/ MSME Holder/ ISI holder should produce the valid relevant documents for exemption of EMD

OptionalThe contractor shall comply with the statutory labour rules and regulations i.e., EPF, ESI, etc., as may be current and shall furnish the returns and information as may be specified from time to time. Agreement will not be concluded without above statutory norms.
