Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,expanded metal, any type and any description fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in soft/ loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic meter , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm. completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Angle iron fencing posts and struts cut indepently and embedding in concrete including cutting tops to shape as directed and drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.inluding flat iron (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.15mm dia wire and any size of mesh size (pitch of wire) as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers etc. conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm long with dia of shank 11 to 15 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured) including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashlar facing etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels & drains including forming the finished drain using extra cement using forms, mould etc

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth ; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out . all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge/ slit from drains not exceeding 1.50 meter deep and removing outside of MD land to a distance exceeding 250 meters and not exceeding 500 meters complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Removing surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter height above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class degination 10, built in cement mortar (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 19 above but except bricks using servicable bricks obtained from item No 12 hereinbefore.

M&L 60mm thick pre-cast cement concrete (Design mix M-35) grade pre-polished moulded vibratory compacted inter locking coloured paver block of any shape (confirming to ISI-15658-2006) laid over and including 50 mm thick ( compacted thickness ) sand cushioning and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 80mm thick pre-cast cement concrete (Design mix M-40) grade pre-polished moulded inter locking coloured paver block of any shape (confirming to ISI-15658-2006) laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made precast cement concrete M-30 , Vibro compacted kerb stone size 200x150x300mm or any other required size & shape, set and jointed in CM 1:3 including necessary excavation and PCC 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as on walls finished even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC (SWR) pipes of any size and descipition fixed along walls or taking out as laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of trellis work(Jafari)/Fibre sheeting work in walls including taking as under of batterns in trellies (post and rails measured seperately)
