Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power ) complete fittings such as switches and fixtures ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, bracket light fittings, bulk heads fittings, tube light fittings etc removing the materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified (Note:- wiring shall be in done in colour coding as directed by Engoneer in charge )

All as per item No.2 above but one socket outlet 5 pin 5 amps controlled by one switch on same board.

All as per item No 2 herein before but wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire (FRLS) PVC and 1.5 sqmm earth wire for socket outlet 6 pin 16 amps on independent board.

Supply & Fixing in repair MCB single pole, 240 volts, 6 to 32 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘B’ curve type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair MCB single pole and neutral, 240 volts, 16 to 32 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘B’ curve type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in to and including Rigid non metallic PVC conduit ( ISI marked) Heavy grade, , 25 mm dia (external) inclusive of junction/terminal boxes, all fittings and accessories fixed concealed with and including 6 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB including cutting and chasing and making good surface as original by plastering and whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc including taking down existing old sub main wiring complete all as specified. Note :1 The cost of earth wire is included in the quoated rates. 2. Two run of 6 sqmm, one run of 6 sqmm and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit ie one running metre”

Taking down for Repair of Exhaust fan of size 250 mm to 450 mm sweep of any type including replacement of burned copper winding, bearing and any other accessories and refixing after repair with suitable size nut bolts and wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement High quality LED T8 tube rod 20 Watt (with inbuild driver) with single side connection including connection with wire of 1.5 sqmm twin twisted flexible cable complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour repair of refrigerator/deep freezer of any size including repairing of damaged body and refilling of gas of freezer and repalcement of defective parts and accessories including complete servicing and testing after repair as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED post top latern (20 watt) suitable for gate light with diffuser and painted aluminium deflector complete with all accessories and base plate including PCC work (1:3:6, type C1 ) for fixing the light fitting and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of 230 Volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Make :- C&S Cat part No LTGLC20WHPLED//W or equivalent cat part in make specified in particular specification.

Supply & Fixing LED bulk head fitting, 1x12 watt with PDC aluminium housing and milky diffuser with all accessories and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable suitable size of 230 volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed. Make :- C&S Cat part No LTB12WLED or equivalent cat part in make specified in particular specification.

Supply & Fixing of glow sign board of size minimum 4.5x 1.5m of suitable thickness consisting 3 No LED tube light of min 20watt, 4mm light passing acrylic sheet for LED letters, LOGO and strips ( Box type) to cover day time and night time visibility with colours as directed, acrylic sheet back side including frame work of mild steel angle iron 35x35x6mm, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 work as required at MES installation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
