PCP-DESIGN & ENGINEERING PACKAGE

Preparation and submission of Design Basis, Carrying out pre design survey, Detailed Engineering design of PCP system, Preparation BOM/BOQ, Data Sheets, Drawings, list of crossings, ITP and other Formats,etc. for PCP for Permanent Cathodic Protection system including corrosion survey as per approved procedure and scope of work in this tender

PCP-SUPPLY

Supply of various items as listed below for PCP jobs as per technical scopes and specifications mentioned in tender documents.

Supply of AC Operated CPTR Unit - Automatic Controlled, RMU and GPS based current interrupter timer facility, 35V/25A or 48V/25A, Automatic, Air cooled, Indoor type with remote montioring and control through SCADA facility as per IOAGPL specification/tender document.

Supply of 1" dia & 1 M long 8A rating LIDA MMO anode sets for Deepwell anode ground bed (Each set consist of 10 Nos. of anode) with petroleum cock breeze, anode cable & cable joints etc.

Junction Boxes

Supply of Anode Junction Box containing necessary shunt & resistor (IOAGPL Approved data sheet) having degree of protection IP‐55 (IP-55, Weather Proof)

Supply of Cathode Junction Box containing necessary shunt & resistor (IOAGPL Approved data sheet) having degree of protection IP‐55 (IP-55, Weather Proof)

Permanent Reference Cell

Cu/CuSO4 Permanent Reference cell

Ag/AgCl Permanent Reference cell (Shall be used only if required based on survey report)

Supply of PCP Cables- The Cables shall be annealed high conductivity, stranded copper conductor, 650/1100V grade, XLPE Insulated & PVC Sheathed

1c x 6 mm2 - armoured for potential measurement, Ref Cell etc.

1Cx 25 mm2- armoured for Bonding/Grounding etc.

1Cx 35 mm2- armoured for Anode & Cathode Header Cable etc.

3C X 10mm2- armoured for TR/CPPSM unit incomer cable etc.

20 Kg Sacrifical Zinc anodes for HT line crossing, Earthing of block valves on Cathodically Protected portion of pipeline

Earthing Electrodes 65mm dia x 3mtr long & 4.5 mm thick GI pipe for earthing of cathodically inprotected pipeline

Test Stations (Weather Proof with IP-55)

Normal Size as per tender drawings - Supply of Test Station (TLP) Box Type A/B/C/D/E/I etc. weatherproof as per IOAGPL approved data sheet/drawing

Big Size suitable for Polarisation Cells - Supply of Big Size (HT Line/ Bonding)Test Station weatherproof as per IOAGPL approved data sheet and drawings

Supply of Thermit welding/CAD kit for Cable to pipe connections by Thermit welding method for all sizes all cable sizes including encapsulation

Supply of Cable to pipe connections by Pin brazing method for all sizes all cable sizes including encapsulation

Supply of Recommanded Spares for 2 Years Operation & Maintenance of CP system as per spare list enclosed in Vol. II of II (Technical Specification)

PCP-SERVICE

Installation, Testing & Commissioning (ITC) of below items for PCP system

This includes, all civil works, structural works, electrical works, earthing, cable connections, sand paddings, brick works, repair works, painting works and all other allied works required for installation, testing and commissioning of PCP System.

Soil Resistivity Survey at PCP anode ground bed Locations along with soil chemical analysis (per location)

Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AC Operated CPTR Unit - Automatic Controlled, RMU and GPS based current interrupter timer facility, Min 35V/25A or 48V/25A Automatic, Air cooled, Indoor type with remote montioring and control through SCADA facility as per IOAGPL specification/tender document. inclduing construction of civil foundation, if required, for CPTR Unit.

Deepwell anode groundbeds consisiting of 1" Dia x 1M long 8Amp Rating Lida Single (MMO) Electrode sets including cutting trench & backfill with Petroleum Cokebreeze or Drilling of borehole, lowering of MS Casing pipe & PVC pipe with petroleum coke breeze backfill and anode tail cable laying etc as required to complete the installation of the AGB in all respect including all civil restoration

Intallation, Painting and lettering of Cable Route Marker

Repair of damaged 3LPE with approved compatible sleeve/epoxy including excavation & restoration (per location)

Cleaning, Painting, Numbering and Installation of circuit diagram plate for existing TLP boxes

Post Commissioning Surveys and submission of drawings/reports/dcouments

CIPL Survey

Current Attenuation Test Survey (CAT)

CAT with "A" Frame or DCVG Survey at Holiday / Defect Location

AC-DC Interference Detection and Mitigation of entire network

Monitoring and maintenance of PCP system once a Month till Handing Over for six months from date of Commissioning.
