Earth work in cutting in all kind of soil within 50m initial leads &1.5m initial lifts includingrough dressing and breakingclods to max 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete as per specification &direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Earthwork in excavation in foundation in disintegrated rock within the initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr in depth etc complete as per the direction of the Enngineer in Charge.

Cement concrete with M-150+10% extra cement on nominal mix to be used for bottom plugging having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC code in work tests on 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing using cement as per CL 710-7 of IRC-78/1983 after mixing & tests conduct in accordance with IS 456 & IS-516 with crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down graded in conformity with clause-302.6.2 of IRC-21/1987 of approved quality (test in laboratory) from approved quarry & concrete laid in continuous operation using tremie pipes or skip boxes upto required depth including lowering, hoisting & laying in layers of 150 mm. thick with cost, conveyance royalty & other taxes of all materials, labour hire charges of all T&P & machineries required for the work complete in all respect. Providing and laying of filter media/ metal spall backing in the rear side of retaining wall,abutment etc using hard broken granite stone aggregate (50mm size) to the required thickness with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment and retaining wall / wing wall of bridge works etc to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 & 2500 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in PCC/RCC structures such as abutments ,wing walls, protection walls of bridge work and retaining wall etc with 100mm dia A.C. / PVC pipe as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 2200 & 2700 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling with clean sand of approved quality in wells / foundation trenches of structures in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling with granular material of approved quality in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing R.C.C. of grade M-20 in guard posts of 600mm height and 15 cm diameter including cost of steel reinforcement for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 1600 & 1700 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of expansion joint

Supplying, fabricating welded water tight drainage spout assembly to dimensions shown on drawing of dia not less than 100mm dia with Ggalvanized steel confirming to IS 226 & fixing in position with suitable fixures at specified location on bridge decks including painting two coats with bituminous paint sealant as per IS 1834 around the spout to the deck slab as per technical specification part I/ II of Clause-2705 under Section 2700 of MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vbrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge

Providing & fixing of POT-PTFE bearing procured from approved manufacturer & with test certificates as per specification provided in drawing at location with all accessories complete & fixing on piers in position with all materials, labour, tools, equipment for fixing as per drawings and technical specifications section 2000 & its relevant clauses & sub clauses of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of anchoring bars upto 25mm to 38mm dia in foundation rock in abutments and piers including drilling holes, fixing wedged anchors and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge excluding cost of M.S. rods .

Levelling the hard rock surface under wells for piers, abutments & wing under water

Providing and applying two coats of Enamel paint over a coat of primer to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm including cost of painting , all materials, T&P required for the work complete for the finished item of work as per technical specifications as per Section 800 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirements of table 300 - 2 for sub grade construction & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works(4th revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying of 20 mm thick Pre Mix Carpet including Labour using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg.penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR , bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T & P articles etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 6mm thick Precoated Seal coat type B using 0.06cum of 06 mm size and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.80kg of bitumen per 10sqm and applying tack coat 2kg of bitumen for 10sqm including hire and running charges of P.R.R. Hot mix plant tar boiler, cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Plain Cement Concrete M 15 Grade using 20mm down graded chips in Foundation and Plinth

Providing concrete for plain concrete of M-15 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202, 1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge IN SUB-STRUCTURE
