Amount

Supply and installation of the electric water storage heater of ABS body type of 25 ltr capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated mild steel tank with glass line coating inside the tank alongwith heating element with anticorrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostat, indicator and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15 mm dia bore with G.I. hexagonal adapters/ nuts on both side for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub main wiring alongwith earth wire (green colour) with single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn with and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with standard accessories, of the size 2x4 Sqmm + 1x4 Sqmm earth wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one/two run of earth conductor and casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

S&F industrial type socket & plug top of 20Amp, 230V, Single Pole and neutral, sheet metal enclosure with and including MCB of ‘C’ series 10KA of capacity Single Pole, 20 Amps, 240 volt complete all as directed and specified.

S&F connecting & testing MCB, 230V/ 415V with rupturing capacity 10 KA of capacity MCB 6 to 32 Amp, SPN, 'C' series/ curve, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing GI pipe lines in position, 15mm bore, for alteration or addition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel 15 mm bore water tubing (GI pipe), medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling or laid in trenches of following bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore stop valve fancy type, cast copper alloy chromonium plated screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia bore bib taps, long body, cast copper alloy with fancy type, chromium plated capstan head long body with wall flange, screwed for iron pipe, or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Explosion proof point wiring for one light/bell/buzzer with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade PVC FRLS insulated fire retrardent multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable in and including Stove enamelled conduit ISI marked with all flame proof conduit fittings and accessories fixed is walls/ceiling with proper fixing arrangment including one number continuous run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated fire retardent multistandard copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor fixed to earth terminal and metallic body of light fittings/fan and socket etc complete all as suitable with colour coding according to norms for Class Zone IE Ex II C for one light point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement switch modular Type in replacement type 230 Volts AC single pole, one way 5/6 Amps ISI Mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replcement ceiling rose 3 terminal / PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB DB SPN 4 way 240 volts rated copper busbar in sheet steel enclosure.double door type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replcement MCB, SPN, AC, 240 volts of 32 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replcement MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts of 6-32 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replcement service cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended with insulating hanger not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm dia suspension wire alongwith 06 Sqmm twin core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.
