Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Material (Soil) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, broken stone aggregate deposited, spread andlevelled in layers n exc. 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri in floors or pavings ,laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread ,levelled and rammd including watering complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground Floors and Pavings not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete type C2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection, etc. laid in alternate bays filling joints with bitumen and sand & ratio of 1:3 Bays at every 3 m intervel, finished Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in paving even and rough to receive topping layers complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in coping/ laveling course water trough and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including form work complete all as specified

M&L pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for cover slab of manhole/soak pit etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in lime mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered)

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other side of lathing finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick wall in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only water proofing compound. Conforming to IS -2645 complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and appplying two coats of acrylic exterior weather coat over a coat of primer with damp proof care and applied over 1mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even as per manufacturer instrcution and applied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment and appplying two coats of acrylic exterior weather coat over a coat of primer with damp proof care and applied over 2mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even as per manufacturer instrcution and applied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying one coat of Acrylic distemper to old wall surfaces of walls and cornices including preparation of old decorative surface and removal of smoke soot ,moulds ,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot all as specified and directed

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7 to 8 mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy filler to match over 10mm screeding in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular)area of each tile esceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointd in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick creed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks over compacted sand bedding layer, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 5.0 mm thick sheet glass ordinary/tinted/ Filmed to match exixting quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane in squares, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing broken edges of chajja's, roof projection, Fascias etc . In small widths/depths ( exposed area not exc 0.16 Sqm ) by breaking the cracked/loose portion and filling with Cement Mortar / Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Type B-0 , using 12.5 mm Crushed stone aggregates , over GI wire mesh, giving a coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using chemical for bonding old and new concrete/plaster and finishing with CM 1:3 plastering, incl 2 coats of white wash to match the exisitng surfaces incl removing debris , necessary scaffolding , etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement if any provided shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismanting wall /ceiling board (Fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover filters, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6-10 mm thick PVC hollow panels with to 0.5 mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in Wall inclding same and matching colour wall angle , u clip, end elip and jointer . As in ceiling and walls including aluminium frame work fixed to wall or wooden scantling vertically and horizontally at an interval complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair steel metal Ceiling aluminium lay in tegular micro perforated 600x600x0.7mm powder coated global white tiles with tee grid assembly prelude X L 38 x 24 mm with recommended accessories as per specifications including all fittings and fixture, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - rates include cutting of metal sheet if required to fix any electical equipment in proper shape

Taking down Chowkat or Frame with shutters (without taking off Shutter from the Frame) exc. 1.50 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm Each, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron, Two/three track) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in replacement of energy saving and environment friendly long life 45 W or next higher available rating, CT>=5700 K, LED street light made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP 66 protection and impact resistance not less than IK-07 complete with integrated type, with high efficiency electronic driver, built-in- surge suppressor / SPD of 10 KV or more and high brightness LEDs, luminaire efficacy > 110 lumens/Watt, power factor >=0.90, operating range – 140 to 270 V, 50 Hz complete including suitable necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement Galvanized Steel tubular Octagonal Poles with tapered design single arm bracket of length 0.5 meter and dia 70 mm complete with cast iron base plate, finial tapr plug, bolts, nuts, Excavation, PCC and screws specified by manufacturer of 7 metres long complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
