Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F galvanised, corrugated 0.63mm thick mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, with bitumen washer / screws.

S&F 0.63mm thick mild steel plain sheeting, galvanised, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, with bitumen washer / screws in normal/nainital pattern, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6)

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6

M & L for providing cement concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, filling hollow of frame with plain cement concrete as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of weather proof paint over and including a coat of wall primer (Alkali resistant) including filling up of holes by wall care putty wherever required, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.&removing rubbish to a distance not exc 250m

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with Ultra Tech READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. for thickness above 15mm, it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days- 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 kg/cum. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 10 mtr height, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Bib tap 15mm cast copper alloy, bright, crutch or butter fly handle screwed down, fancy type chromium plated for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15mm stop valve / angle valve, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle of fancy type chromium plated screwed both ends of, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI water tubing of 15mm dia ,medium grade conforming to IS-1239(Part -1) including all fittings such as bends,tees,short pieces,connectors,elbows, reducers, union dockets etc & fixed to walls,ceilings, & laid on floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI water tubing of 20 mm dia ,medium grade conforming to IS-1239(Part -1) including all fittings such as bends,tees,short pieces,connectors,elbows, reducers, union dockets etc & fixed to walls,ceilings, & laid on floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun Metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, 20mm bore complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt in tank exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc

Disconnecting existing tanks of exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt in tank exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc

Supplying and laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane, reinforcemed with nonwoven polyster non wove fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm,laid over bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @.30 KG/SQM to be applied on prepared surface and apply a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 kg/sqm over primer, 15mm thick plastered sufaces layer in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound (WPC) @ 3% by weight on concrete surface roof / parapet, over lap of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction by thermo-fused torch flame application method including taking down of existing roof treatement, complete all as specified and directed.

S and F Ball brass valve 15 mm dia high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S and F Ball brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water tank cover for tanks of size 500 ltr or 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.
