Design of cutting patterns, engineering/structural design, supply, plotting, cutting, fabrication, welding, transportation, and installation of Tensile Fabric TX-30 Type-III-1050 GSM PVDF coated PVC fabric over steel structure frames of approved grade (with all fitting and fixtures as mentioned as part of this NIEOI document and complying to codal standards) as per the approved make and Brand of fabrics vetted by NITC suitable for the project. Work will be carried out as per IS and other standard specification (to be vetted by NITC), including scaffolding, dash fasteners, all necessary fixing arrangements, etc., and will be completed as per Engineer-In-Charge directions. Note: - The roofing system will be designed and executed to have proper airtight joints with metal and other surfaces so that the structure is watertight. The fabric structure above the main supports shall be made of a white polyester translucent membrane. The fabric shall be high-quality PVC-coated polyester fiber with 100% PVDF finish to the top surface and PVDF alloy finishes to the bottom. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, welding, transportation to site, assembling and installation, accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations as per directions of Engineer-in -Charge. This also include cost for associated civil works like excavation, design and construction of RCC footings to erect the structural steel firmly and strongly, proper drainage system to drain off the rainwater from the roof without spilling over nearby buildings etc.. Proper finishing of the steel structures with approved paint coatings and basic electrical installations like lighting inside the structure.) Rate should be quoted so as to fulfil all the activities mentioned as scope in this NIEOI document following the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge at NITC. Quoted rate should be inclusive of GST.
